What it does

Salon procedure

• Strand test first, every time, whatever the client's history. Patch test 48 hours before the service.
• Apply No.1 to clean, dry hair, about 1 cm off the scalp, section by section.
• Process and check the curl pattern by hand. Never go by the clock alone.
• Rinse thoroughly, blow dry, then iron the hair straight in fine sections.
• Apply No.2 and leave it for the full neutralising time — cutting it short is why results drop out.
• Rinse and condition. No shampooing, tying or clips for 72 hours.
